Tess’s classes focus on the Pilates 6 principles: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow.
Workouts don’t need to be intense to be effective. Pilates creates long lasting results and helps to lengthen and tone the body. Pilates is a low impact workout that you can practice daily.
Tess offers a wide range of Pilates classes suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced.
She has trained in both contemporary and classical Pilates.
Please note Tess is not currently qualified to teach pre or post natal Pilates but hopes to be soon.

Private Classes
Tess offers private classes in-person and online.
She recommends booking in for a private class so that she can access your level before you join her weekly classes. This is especially recommended if you have any injuries so that she can tailor the workout to suit you.
Online & In-Person Group Classes
Tess offers weekly classes online and monthly classes in person in London and Cadaqués.
