Pilates Mat
I always recommend using a thick mat for Pilates so that you protect your spine. This one is great for Pilates workouts and is really lightweight.
Pilates Socks
I am loving these Pilates grip socks. They are similar to the Alo Yoga ones but at a much better price.
Bala Ankle Weights
My ride or die product. I love everything Bala but it does come at a high price point. These 1lb ankle weights are my favourite to spice up any workout. You can use them on your wrists or ankles and they come in a wide colour range but the Sand is my personal favourite.
I pack these in my suitcase when I travel so that I can still workout even from a hotel room.
Ankle Weights (Affordable option)
These ankle weights are similar to Bala but a much lower price point.
Magic Circle
The Magic Circle is every Pilates instructors best friend. It is the best way to target inner thighs!
Hand Weights
I love these 2lb Bala hand weights for my Pilates classes.
Mini Pilates Ball
This is my favourite piece of equipment to target the abs. I love this one as you can deflate it easily and take it with you on holiday for a low impact workout.
The Concise Book of Muscles
Teacher in training? If you need to learn the muscles for your exams, this book really helped me.
Colouring Anatomy
This book is a really fun way to learn the muscles if you are more of a visual learner.
The Pilates Body
This was recommended to me by my Pilates trainer teacher. It’s really good for those who are learning classical Pilates.
